Legendary Nigerian reggae singer-songwriter and guitarist,
Majek Fashek has exclusively revealed to LIB his plans to drop a new
album to celebrate his 30th year on stage in September 2017.
The ‘rainmaker’ paid a courtesy visit of Linka Ikeji Media’s corporate office in Lagos
in company of his music business consultant, Omenka Uzoma Day where he
said, ‘since my tribulation, I’ve been back in the studio making music
and by September i’ll drop a new album to celebrate my 30th year on
stage’.
The new album is titled ‘Weep Not Children’, its an
8-track project that features 2face Idibia and it’ll be released under
his new management, Miracle Day Music.
Speaking on the album,
Majek said, ‘the situation in the country is bad, kid are everywhere on
the street begging and no one is doing anything about it. We don’t

is @Official_majekfashek.
Any other handle you see is fake, i am not even on Facebook apart from my manager’s page Omenka Uzoma Day where you can get updates’.
